The ground rules

How you can use our website, the free audit and Launchpad. Paid work is covered by the agreement we sign with your company.

Last updated 3 November 2026

01About these terms

These terms cover your use of www.wedeployed.com, the free AI audit and Launchpad, our client panel. The site is run by Wassim and Abdallah, trading as Wedeployed ("Wedeployed", "we", "us").

By using the site you agree to these terms. If you use it on behalf of a company, you agree for that company and confirm you are allowed to.

02Paid work

Audits, automation, agents and other paid work are covered by a separate proposal or agreement that we sign with your company. It sets the scope, price, timeline, ownership of what we build and how data is handled. Where it conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement wins.

03The free AI audit

The audit gives an estimate based only on your answers. The hours, savings and recommendations it shows are a starting point for a conversation, not a promise, a quote or professional, legal or financial advice. Please do not rely on them alone to make business decisions.

04Launchpad accounts

  • Give accurate details when you create an account and keep them up to date.
  • Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
  • Only upload material you have the right to share with us.
  • We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the site or other clients at risk. You can ask us to close your account at any time.

05Using the site fairly

Please do not:

  • Break the law or anyone's rights through the site.
  • Try to get into accounts, systems or data that are not yours, or test the site's security without our written permission.
  • Overload, scrape or disrupt the site, or send spam through our forms.
  • Upload viruses or other harmful code.

06Our content and brand

The site's text, design, illustrations and code belong to Wedeployed or the people who licensed them to us. You may read, share links to and quote small parts of it with credit.

You may use the logos and colours in our brand kit to refer to Wedeployed, following the guidelines on that page. Do not use them in a way that suggests we endorse you, and do not use our illustrations without asking.

HubSpot, Slack, monday.com and the other products named on the site are trademarks of their owners. We build on their public APIs and are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

07Links and other services

The site links to other websites and tools we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information, so check their own terms and policies.

08No guarantees

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise it will always be available, error free or suited to a particular purpose. Examples and use cases describe what is possible, not results we guarantee for your business.

09Our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue or data, from using the free parts of the site, and our total liability to you for them is limited to 100 US dollars. Liability for paid work is set in the signed agreement.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10Changes

We may update these terms as the site changes. We will change the date at the top, and if a change is significant and you have a Launchpad account, we will tell you by email. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

11If something goes wrong

Please tell us first at [email protected]; most problems are easier to fix in a conversation. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the mandatory law of the country where you live or where your company is based.
